Programs for Students
All services are delivered through individual virtual sessions focused on real-time skill building. Students actively learn and practice strategies during sessions, with the level of support determined by individual need.
Across all programs, students recieve:
- A customized plan based on their individual strengths and needs
- Collaborative goal-setting and progress tracking
- Practical tools for academics, work, and daily life
- Motivation and structure in a safe, supportive environment
- An accountability partner who helps students stay consistent, organized, and on track
All programs support the same core executive functioning skills. The difference is the level of structure, intensity, and ongoing support provided.
Students may move between programs as their needs change.
